Jonathan Djanogly congratulates Conservative Party leader, David Cameron, on his announcement to establish a lifeboat fund to pay those who have lost their occupational pensions.

Jonathan Djanogly, Member of Parliament for the Huntingdon constituency, congratulated Conservative Party leader, David Cameron's announcement at Conservative Party conference, Blackpool, to establish a lifeboat fund to pay those who have lost their occupational pensions.

Mr. Djanogly said:
"I have long been supporting the dozens of constituents who work, or worked at the Samuel Jones plant in St. Neot's which went in to insolvency resulting in a loss of workers' pensions.

By making this announcement David Cameron is proving that the modern Conservative Party not only listens to employees but is prepared to act to represent their best interests. I am really pleased with this announcement which will make a huge difference to those affected. " "
