Jonathan Djanogly has just returned from a fact-finding mission in the Middle East with the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme.

Jonathan Djanogly, the Member of Parliament for the Huntingdon Constituency, has just returned from a fact-finding mission in the Middle East with the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme.

During his visit, Jonathan spent time in Iraq with the British Soldiers in Basrah (pictured here with David Stewart MP, Sir Neil Thorne and members of the RAF Regiment at Basra International Airport on Thursday 25 September).

Mr Djanogly said:

"As always, the British Troops are doing a fantastic job in difficult circumstances. I congratulate them on their professionalism, excellent spirit and their strong determination to see the job through."
